These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mekanizma.xyz website and the Mekanizma program ("Service"), operated by Stimilon LLC ("Company", "we"). By accessing or enrolling in the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Mekanizma is a 12-week online mentorship program run with a small group of 8–10 people. It includes live sessions (Google Meet), content work on X (Twitter), and weekly feedback. It is an educational and advisory service and makes no guarantee of income, earnings, or results. Outcomes depend on your effort, your starting point, and market conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to apply. Applications are reviewed and admission is at the Company's discretion. A declined application is not a judgment of your worth — only an assessment of fit for that cohort.
3. Registration and accurate information
You agree that the information you provide at sign-up and application is accurate and current. False information may result in termination of participation.
4. Payment
The program fee is stated in USD at enrollment and charged via Stripe. The price is shown clearly before enrollment is finalized. See the "Refund & Cancellation Policy" for refund terms.
5. Participant obligations
Program materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission. You agree to maintain a respectful, constructive group environment. Harassment, spam, or conduct harmful to other participants may result in termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
The program content, materials, and brand ("Mekanizma") belong to the Company. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, limited license to use them.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers such as Google Meet, X, Stripe, Supabase, and Resend. Their own terms apply, and the Company is not liable for their interruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the fee paid by the relevant participant.
9. Changes
The Company may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent authorities of Wyoming.
