Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before the program starts
If you request a refund before the cohort start date, you receive a full refund of the fee paid.
2. Right of withdrawal
Given the digital/service nature and the start date, you may cancel your enrollment before the cohort starts without giving a reason (full refund).
3. After the program starts
After the first live session, because the service has effectively begun, the fee is non-refundable. Exceptional cases (e.g., the Company being unable to deliver) are handled at the Company's discretion and in good faith.
4. Cancellation by the Company
If the Company cannot start or cancels the cohort, you receive a full refund of the fee paid.
5. Conditional extra support
The 30-day extra group support offered to participants who complete the task threshold (85%) is a service commitment, not a refund; its conditions are explained in the program.
6. Requesting a refund
Refund requests go to hello@mekanizma.xyz. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the payment provider's timeframe.
