This Privacy Policy explains how Stimilon LLC processes your personal data. For KVKK-specific disclosures, the separate KVKK Privacy Notice also applies.
1. Data we collect
(a) Sign-up/waitlist: name, email, X handle. (b) Application: profile link, experience and situation answers. (c) Payment: processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. (d) Technical: basic usage and log data.
2. Purposes
Scheduling live sessions, reviewing applications, communicating with you, payment, and delivering the service. Marketing communication only with your separate, explicit consent.
3. Legal basis
Performance of a contract, your explicit consent, and legitimate interest. Explicit consent for marketing.
4. International transfer
Data is processed and stored on US-based providers (Supabase — database, Resend — email, Stripe — payment) and thereby transferred abroad. The transfer relies on your explicit consent.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with processors necessary to provide the service (the providers above) and where legally required.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the processing purpose and as legal obligations require; afterwards we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing. Requests: hello@mekanizma.xyz.
8. Cookies
The site uses the minimum cookies needed for core functionality. Your preferences are respected for non-essential cookies.
